Rachel Conner has been part of The Vineyard family of churches since 2001, and, along with her husband Stephen, served as active participants in the life and activities of the local church. She served on the Senior Pastor’s Council for senior leaders and ended her active service after six years in the role of executive pastor. Rachel is still involved in ministry and spends her time as a spiritual director….being on the journey with others as they discern God’s movements in their lives. Her grandmother was a mid-wife so she had a personal mentor into what it means to “wait” with others for God to birth his desires in their innermost being. It is a journey into spiritual formation. Rachel loves new adventures traveling, walking on the beach and spending time with family and friends.

We love our larger churches, but this event is 100% for those in smaller to medium-sized churches. Most sound conferences are full of sponsors and geared towards the mega's; often, the needs of the average church get ignored - this conference is for you and your team. 80% of the content will be practical, and the spiritual moments will be Biblically based, Christ-focused, and accessible.
