He oversaw a collective of 25+ musicians that wrote, recorded, and led worship services for VCC. That collective, Poured Out Like Wine, recorded 7 albums with over 15 published songs with Vineyard Worship USA.

Mike works as a producer, engineer, and mixer at Lucko Sound Studio. Since 1997 he has recorded dozens of local church and sing-songwriter projects including Miami Vineyard Live and Not Be Moved. Mike serves the Vineyard Movement and the church at large with worship team training and production. His blog themikeo.com is focused on the practical heart and skill teaching for the 21st-century worship leader.

Dan Wilt says, “Mike O’Brien is one of the Vineyard’s most articulate communicators on the topic of contemporary worship leadership. His ability to break down complex ideas into memorable phrases and move-forward practices is second-to-none. I wholeheartedly recommend that you have Mike in to work with you, your musicians, and your techs. You won’t regret it; he carries the heart of worship deep within him – and it spills out everywhere.”

Mike is currently a top contributor to WorshipTraining.com, an online training media library for worship teams. He has also done extensive worship team training throughout India. His heart is to come alongside the average worship joe in the trenches and help him or her champion a worship journey vision that serves the local church. Mike earned a B.A in Music from Kennesaw State University and an M.W.S at the Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. He lives in Atlanta GA with his wife Susan and son Ezekiel.

She also currently serves as associate pastor for the Arvada Vineyard. She is deeply passionate about God’s presence and loves to lean into the Spirit of God in worship and prayer. Her ability to listen to the Holy Spirit, whether leading worship or groups of people, has given God the opportunity to do wonderful things in people’s lives. She loves sharing her intimate faith in God with others, enjoys being hospitable, and is always sensitive to the people and environment around her.

Anabeth has appeared on many Vineyard albums such as Cultivation Generation: Servant Wide Awake and My Foundation; Vineyard National Conference:I Love Your Presence and Wonderful.

In December 2017 she finished writing and recording her first studio album A Place Your Glory Dwells. Recently, she has had songs You Meet Me Here and Heaven’s Work released through Vineyard Worship and has published other worship songs in collaboration with other songwriters. Ironically enough, Anabeth’s studies at Mississippi State University included biology, psychology, and exercise science. Leah Morrison Coach

Leah Morrison is a full time artist/illustrator and serves at Vineyard North Church in Grand Rapids, MI as their worship pastor. She's been leading worship since she was a teenager in Russia, though it wasn't until years later that her role as a worshiper became so important in her life. Being saved and loved by Jesus informs just about every aspect of her life. She and her husband, Zach, have 3 kiddos to keep them on their toes and they love being part of their neighborhood community in GR.

Alex Faison Coach

Alex Faison is located in Davenport, IA where she is the worship pastor at the Vineyard Church of Davenport. She grew up going to Baptist churches where she loved singing in the choir. Once she was introduced to the Vineyard in 2011, she immediately knew that she would want to serve on the worship team. Although it was different from her past experiences, she loved every bit of it and quickly found a place to call home at her church and in the Vineyard movement.

Alex felt God's leadership call on her life while attending the University of Nothern Iowa where she had a full-ride scholarship for music education, and she soon returned to her home church where she joined staff as a worship director in 2015. Alex has worked with Vineyard Worship for several year and was a featured voice on Vineyard Sound: Generous God, and on the recent Vineyard Worship Breathe In, Sing Out EP. Alex is passionate about leading people into the presence of God through worship and helping train up other worship leaders.

Jonathan Cool Coach

Jonathan Cool lives in Sunbury, Ohio with his wife, Jenn and his two children, Elizabeth & Joshua. Jonathan is from a family of musicians and writers, and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio attending multiple music schools. Early on he worked as a vocalist, traveling and singing with different organizations like, The Cleveland Orchestra and Pittsburgh Symphony. As a drummer, he worked with various rock, pop, big band, jazz fusion, and latin jazz groups.

After transferring to a small college in Central Ohio, Jonathan had an encounter with the Holy Spirit, following a word given to him saying that he'd “be in the Vineyard one day making music.” Without knowing about the Vineyard or how to play piano, he bought a keyboard and began trying to play Vineyard songs, eventually leading worship during the week with students who were seeking and hungry to worship.

Jonathan has served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and worship pastor in some amazing communities. He’s participated in various songwriting and recording projects, and enjoys serving and engaging with the broader Vineyard Worship community. Jonathan loves to talk on God’s presence and pursuit; how nothing compares to who God is, what God is doing or saying, and how that affects and informs our worship spaces and the songs we write and sing. Jonathan is an advocate for seeing generations gather together, and for diversity, in the ways we can join in worship as one body.

Jonathan resides as the "Assistant Pastor - Worship Ministry" with Vineyard Church Delaware County.

Tiadra Mickels Coach

Tiadra Mickels is currently on staff at Vineyard Church North Phoenix. Originally from Michigan, Tiadra moved to Arizona in 2007 and has been serving in Worship at Vineyard North Phoenix since 2014. Tiadra was a featured voice on Vineyard Soul: We Are Ready and will also appear as a vocalist on an album releasing this Fall through Vineyard Worship. Tiadra’s prayer and passion is that, in leading worship, she can encourage others into richer, deeper, and more honest worship for God, and that this would carry on into their everyday lives.
