Aaron developed a passion for music at a very young age. He played drums for his church choir when he was 11 years old. He was drum captain of his high school band and marched in the Tournament of Roses High School Honor Band in 1991. After trying the 1990s LA band scene, he realized his passion was using his talent to bring glory to God. He began playing drums for a church in Lancaster where he met his wife, Kimberley. In 2002 he began leading worship for a small church plant in Lancaster, California. In 2010 he started attending the Desert Vineyard and began serving on the worship team in 2011. By 2012 he was one of the worship leaders; eventually becoming the Worship Pastor in 2022, leading a team of around 30 musicians and worship leaders.

Aaron has a Master Certificate from the Berklee College of Music in Music Production with Pro Tools. Along with previous work, Aaron helped perform, produce, mix and master Desert Vineyard Worship's 2020 release "You Are There," featuring Joshua Miller. He also helped with the release of Heaven And Earth's 2022 EP.
