During the retreat you will have ample time to reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, worship together, pray for one another, spend quiet time with the Lord, and just hang out in this magnificent mountain setting. We have often heard that these retreats are "game-changers" for those in ministry. A time where the weary can come and rest, lean into the Lord and make space for him to move and speak new life and vision into their ministry, marriage and more. F.A.Q.

What is included in the cost of registration?
Prices listed are the cost for ONE individual registration and include 2 nights lodging, 5 meals and conference fees. Please note that travel is NOT included in the price of any registration.

​Who can attend? 
Any senior or main service worship leader, staff worship leader, small group worship leader, music director, worship pastor/coordinator or youth worship leader. Spouses are also welcomed to attend and will need to register as well.

Who are the worship leaders/speakers? 
Because this event is primarily about community and retreat, we typically do not post who is leading worship or who the speakers may be prior to our time together. We draw from a deep pool of experienced worship leaders and speakers as well as gifted newcomers, and our times together reflect this unique diversity.

​What are my room options?
You can register for a single, double, or triple/quad room. For a private room, register at the "Single Room" rate (1 person in their own room with private bath). If you'd like to share with one other person (i.e., married couple, etc), register at the "Double Room" rate (1 room with 2 people in the room and private bath). And if you'd like to save a little money then you can register at the "Triple/Quad" rate and you'll be placed in a room with 2-3 other folks of the same gender (3-4 people in a room with a private bath).

​If I register at the "Double" or "Triple/Quad" Room rate, do I need to register enough people to fill the room?
No! If you’d like to register at the "Double" or "Triple/Quad" room rate and if you don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you in a room with a wonderful new friend (or friends) of the same gender.

Do I need to know my roommates before I register? 
No. When you register you will see a space which allows you to make roommate requests and we do our best to accommodate these requests. However, if you’d like to register for a double or triple/quad and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with a wonderful new friend(s) of the same gender.

What if something comes up and I have to cancel? 
Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee until October 11th. After October 11th we will no longer give refunds or take cancellations.
